PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read and understand terms and conditions before making a booking, acceptance of this form means you accept all terms and conditions as outlined on this website and any reasonable request or action required by the owner and manager.

• 50% payment of accommodation  is required at time of booking by direct bank transfer or Paypal or Credit Card, booking is not confirmed  until payment is made. All outstanding money is due 30 days before arrival date or booking may be cancelled. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date less transaction fees.

• Acceptance of these conditions secures your holiday rental for short term rental for specified dates on your booking and does not give you possession of the property.

• Check in is 2pm and checkout is 10am these times must be strictly adhered to.

• All maintenance issues should be reported immediately to Kerrie on 0417459002.

• Please do not tamper with the pool settings or you may forfeit your bond.

• The property owners accept no responsibility for any inconvenience due to machinery or appliance breakdown, we will endeavor to replace or repair as quick as possible.

• All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

• The owners of Cedar & Sea and its companies, manager and owners  reserve the right to cancel or change a booking due to a mistake being made, all care is taken when we take your booking but if there is a mis quote or an incorrect price advertised the owner reserves the right to refuse the booking or terminate the agreement.

• The property shall not be used by more than the number of guests listed on your booking, unless prior arrangement in writing is obtained.

• No excessive noise, bad language or violence of any kind directed to neighbors will be tolerated the owner has the right to terminate the booking and evict the occupant immediately without any refund. Please be aware you are in a residential zone.

• Smoking IS NOT permitted inside of house or near open doors or windows, any inside smoke smell will forfeit your bond.

• The renter must be at least 21 years of age to make a booking and of course kids are most welcome accompanied by an adult.

• No parties, large gatherings, hens or bucks parties, schoolies, weddings unless prior arrangement has been given in writing.

• No criminal activity is permitted on or in the premises, this will incur immediate termination of booking with no refund.

• The owners and Managers reserve the right for trades, real estate agents or similar to enter the property with sufficient notice.

• Cedar & Sea and the owners of the property are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or any additional expenses occurred by the guest which are beyond  the owners control.

• Your booking may be terminated at any time with no refund if found in breech of bond and property terms and conditions and this will be at the discretion of the owner and manager.

     

 

BOND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• No smoking inside house .

• No pets of any sort on or in property.

• Report all broken, destroyed, damaged, lost items prior to vacate, replacement fee will be at the discretion of the owner and will be taken from the bond, an email, will be sent with details of the additional charges.

• BBQ must be cleaned by guest prior to vacate.

• No criminal activity

• No running a business from the property.

• No parties or large gatherings.

• No excessive noise.

• Please do not tamper with locked cupboards.

• Do not tamper with pool settings.

• Bond will be refunded as soon as property has been inspected and less any fees for breech of terms and conditions.
